You bring the ambition. We build the capability.
Two weeks. One defined thing, built and delivered. Not a strategy session. Not a roadmap. Something that works, and that you own.
Request a sprint →What this is
The Capability Sprint is for founders who have a specific thing they want built — and no way to build it. You don't need to hire for it. You don't need to manage it. You explain what you want to accomplish, and we figure out how to build it.
You stop asking yourself: do I know how to do this? You start asking: what do I want?
What it isn't
Not a consulting engagement. Not a discovery sprint that ends with a proposal for more work. Not a team of junior contractors learning your problem on your dime.
We come in, build the thing, and hand it to you. Two weeks. Fixed scope. Clean delivery.
Whatever your crazy idea is — we build. These are the kinds of things that come through the door. All of them delivered to a real client in plain language, not a pitch deck.
You wake up to a private intelligence report — competitors, market signals, relevant news — curated to what you actually care about. No searching. No delegating it to an assistant. It just appears.
Functional enough to put in front of people and get an honest reaction. Not a mockup. Not a Figma file. Something you can hand to a potential customer and watch them use.
The thing your team does every week that everyone hates — the data gathering, the formatting, the follow-ups, the status updates — replaced by a system that runs itself.
One screen that shows your clients — or you — what's actually happening across your business. Real-time. No spreadsheets. No asking someone to pull a report.
The sprint has three phases. Each one is short and direct.
One working session to understand your objective, your context, and what done looks like. We ask direct questions. You tell us what matters. We leave with everything we need to build.
We build. You don't manage us. We surface questions only when they'd meaningfully change the direction. You'll see incremental progress — but your job here is to stay out of the way.
We hand you what we built. Working, documented, and yours. A walkthrough, access to everything, and a clear picture of what you're running. No ongoing dependency unless you want one.
Fixed. No hourly rate. No overages.
The scope is defined before we begin. If something changes, we tell you. We don't expand the engagement without your approval.
This is the fastest way to know what AI engineering can actually do for your business — not in theory, but in your hands, running on your data, solving your problem.
Many clients begin with a sprint and move to a longer engagement. Some don't need to. Either outcome is fine with us.
Request a sprint →No sales process. No deck. Three steps.
We accept a limited number of sprints each quarter. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you immediately.
Describe your objective in plain terms. Don't worry about whether it's technically feasible — that's our job to figure out. Just tell us what you want to exist that doesn't exist yet.
We reply personally. Usually within one business day.
Thank you.
We'll be in touch directly. We review every inquiry personally.
Looking for something ongoing?
The Capability Sprint is our entry engagement. If you have a continuous backlog of technical projects, or want a dedicated AI engineer working inside your business, we offer longer-term arrangements starting at $8,000 a month.
